Our islands are made from the finest materials that are made to withstand exterior elements.  We use galvanized steel framework with cement board exterior with reinforced corners.  Out-Door Living Concept’s islands are finished with tumbled marble, granite or porcelain counter tops.  The exterior can be tiled or covered with acrylic stucco.

 Our outdoor kitchen islands are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for five (5) years from date of original purchase under normal use and conditions on all structural components. This warranty does not cover appliances.  

Like any exterior structure, it requires routine maintenance by the purchaser. If routine maintenance is neglected, the consumer will diminish the product's useful life.
